FitByTime ("biz", "bizim") olarak gizliliğinize önem veriyoruz. Bu Gizlilik Politikası, mobil uygulamamızı ve web sitemizi kullandığınızda verilerinizin nasıl toplandığını ve işlendiğini açıklar.
1. Toplanan Veriler
Hizmetimizi sağlamak için aşağıdaki bilgileri toplayabiliriz:
- Kimlik Bilgileri: Ad, soyad, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası.
- Kullanım Verileri: Ders rezervasyon geçmişi, uygulama içi hareketler ve performans verileri.
- Cihaz Bilgileri: IP adresi, cihaz modeli ve işletim sistemi sürümü.
- Vücut Ölçü Verileri: Kilo, boy ve vücut ölçüleri (yalnızca kişisel antrenör tarafından manuel olarak girilir).
2. Verilerin Kullanımı
Topladığımız verileri şu amaçlarla kullanırız:
- Spor salonu rezervasyonlarını yönetmek ve doğrulamak.
- Hesap güvenliğini sağlamak.
- Hizmet kalitesini artırmak ve teknik sorunları gidermek.
- Yasal yükümlülüklere uymak (KKTC yasaları çerçevesinde).
3. Sağlık ve Vücut Ölçü Verileri
FitByTime, kişisel antrenörlerin (PT) üyelerine ait vücut ölçü verilerini uygulama içinde manuel olarak girmesine ve takip etmesine olanak tanır. Bu kapsamda işlenen veriler şunlardır:
- Vücut ağırlığı (kilo)
- Boy uzunluğu
- Vücut ölçüleri (bel, kalça, göğüs çevresi vb.)
- Antrenör tarafından girilen ilerleme notları
Kullanım Amacı: Bu veriler yalnızca üyenin fitness gelişimini takip etmek amacıyla toplanır. Söz konusu veriler; yalnızca ilgili üye ve üyenin atanmış kişisel antrenörü (PT) tarafından uygulama içinde görüntülenebilir.
Veri Paylaşımı: Sağlık ve vücut ölçü verileri hiçbir üçüncü tarafla paylaşılmaz, satılmaz veya reklam amacıyla kullanılmaz. Veriler yalnızca aynı spor salonu hesabına bağlı üye ve PT arasında paylaşılır.
Veri Saklama ve Silme: Kullanıcılar, verilerinin silinmesini istedikleri zaman info@fitbytime.com adresine e-posta göndererek talep edebilir. Silme talepleri en geç 30 gün içinde yerine getirilir.
4. Veri Güvenliği
Verileriniz, endüstri standardı güvenlik önlemleri (SSL şifreleme, güvenli bulut sunucuları) ile korunmaktadır. Ancak, internet üzerinden yapılan hiçbir aktarımın %100 güvenli olmadığını hatırlatırız.
5. Üçüncü Taraflar
Kişisel verilerinizi asla reklam amacıyla satmayız. Verileriniz yalnızca hizmetin çalışması için zorunlu olan altyapı sağlayıcıları (örn. veritabanı sunucuları) ile paylaşılabilir.

At FitByTime ("we", "us"), we value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your data is collected and processed when you use our mobile application and website.
1. Information We Collect
To provide our service, we may collect the following information:

- Usage Data: Class booking history, in-app actions, and performance metrics.
- Device Data: IP address, device model, and operating system version.
- Body Measurement Data: Weight, height, and body measurements (manually entered by a personal trainer only).
2. How We Use Your Data
We use the collected data for the following purposes:
- To manage and verify gym bookings.
- To ensure account security.
- To improve service quality and resolve technical issues.
- To comply with legal obligations (under TRNC laws).
3. Health and Body Measurement Data
FitByTime allows Personal Trainers (PT) to manually enter and track body measurement data for their members within the app. The data processed in this scope includes:
- Body weight
- Height
- Body measurements (e.g., waist, hip, chest circumference)
- Progress notes entered by the trainer
Purpose: This data is collected solely to track the fitness progress of gym members. It is accessible only to the relevant member and their assigned Personal Trainer (PT) within the app.
Data Sharing: Health and body measurement data is never shared with, sold to, or used by any third parties for advertising purposes. Data is shared exclusively between the member and their PT within the same gym account.
Data Retention and Deletion: Users may request the deletion of their data at any time by contacting us at info@fitbytime.com. Deletion requests will be fulfilled within 30 days.
4. Data Security
Your data is protected by industry-standard security measures (SSL encryption, secure cloud servers). However, please note that no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
5. Third Parties
We never sell your personal data for advertising purposes. Your data may only be shared with infrastructure providers (e.g., database servers) essential for the operation of the service.
